This policy explains what personal data NESUGO collects, why we need it, who we share it with and how you can control it.
Nesugo Labs LLC, a company registered in the United States with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, is the controller of the personal data described in this Privacy Policy. This policy explains what we collect when you use nesugo.com and the NESUGO application, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have.
Data you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, delivery and pick-up addresses, order description, notes for the courier, and any message you send to our support team or to a courier through the Platform.
Data created by using the Platform. Order history, prices, the courier assigned to an order, delivery status and timestamps, ratings you submit, and the approximate or precise location of your device when you enable location services in order to set a pick-up or drop-off point.
Payment data. Payments are handled by licensed payment providers. We receive a transaction identifier, the result of the payment, the amount and the last four digits and brand of the card. We never receive or store the full card number or its security code.
Technical data. IP address, device type and operating system, browser type and language, application version, and diagnostic logs of errors.
To create and maintain your account; to match your order with a courier and allow the two of you to communicate; to process payments, refunds and chargebacks; to provide customer support; to prevent fraud, abuse and the ordering of prohibited items; to keep records required by tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering law; to measure and improve the reliability of the service; and, where you have agreed to it, to send you service news and offers.
We rely on the performance of our contract with you for delivery and payment, on our legitimate interest in running a safe and functioning service for fraud prevention and product improvement, on legal obligation for accounting and regulatory records, and on your consent for marketing messages and for precise location data. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Couriers. The courier who accepts your order receives your first name, phone number, the delivery address and the order details — only for as long as needed to complete the task.
Merchants. Where an item is purchased on your behalf, the merchant receives only the information needed to complete the purchase.
Service providers. Payment processors, cloud hosting and storage providers, messaging and email providers, mapping services, and analytics and error-monitoring tools. They act on our instructions under written agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
Authorities. Where we are required to disclose data by law, by a court order or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks for cross-context behavioural advertising.
NESUGO is a United States company operating a service in Vietnam, so your data is processed in both countries and in the regions where our hosting provider operates. Where data originating in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is transferred, we use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Account data is kept while your account is active and for 12 months after it is closed. Order and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law, normally seven years. Support correspondence is kept for three years. Diagnostic logs are kept for up to 90 days. After these periods data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or provide it in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in each message.
Residents of California may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and request its deletion, and will not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may lodge a complaint with their national supervisory authority.
Write to support@nesugo.com to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted with TLS. Access to production data is restricted to named staff, protected by multi-factor authentication and logged. Backups are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the competent authority without undue delay.
