What we do
Getting a parcel across Nha Trang, or buying something at the market when you do not speak Vietnamese, is harder than it should be. NESUGO solves that with one application: you describe the task in your own words, the request is translated, and an independent courier in the city accepts it.
We handle everything around the task — matching, translation, pricing, payment, support and the record of what was delivered. The courier handles the ride.
The company
Nesugo Labs LLC is a company registered in the United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. It owns and operates the nesugo.com website and the NESUGO application, and is the party you contract with when you place an order.
Operations are carried out in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam, through a network of independent couriers. We do not operate a retail store, a pharmacy or a warehouse, and we do not sell goods of our own.

Our couriers
Couriers are independent contractors — both Vietnamese residents and long-term foreign residents of the city. Every courier passes an identity check before the first order, agrees to our conduct rules, and can be rated after each delivery. Couriers set their own hours and may decline any task.
Where we are going
The problem we solve is not specific to one city. Wherever the language of the customer differs from the language of the street, the same service works. Nha Trang is the first node of that network, chosen because it combines a large foreign community with a dense, walkable city; further cities in Vietnam and in Southeast Asia follow as courier supply allows.
We describe on this site only what is available today. A city is announced when couriers are already working there, not before.

How we make money
We charge a service and delivery fee, shown in full before you confirm an order, and a monthly fee for business accounts. We do not mark up the price of goods a courier buys for you, and we do not sell customer data.
